In Brazil, SWAP ONE BRAZIL LTDA., registered with the CNPJ under No. 56.146.611/0001-05, operates as a Foreign Exchange Correspondent for Banco BS2 S.A. (CNPJ 71.027.866/0001-34), Ebury Bank S.A. Banco de Câmbio (CNPJ 13.059.145/0001-09), and Braza Bank S.A. Banco de Câmbio (CNPJ 19.307.785/0001-78), exclusively for the provision of the service of “receiving and forwarding proposals for foreign exchange transactions”, in the exact terms of Article 14 of CMN Resolution No. 4,935, dated July 29, 2021, and other related regulations issued by the National Monetary Council and the Central Bank of Brazil, fully observing the duties of transparency, loyalty, and diligence toward clients and contracting institutions. The contracting institutions maintain their own customer service, ombudsman, and complaint-handling channels, namely: at Banco BS2, SAC 0800 545 5252 and Ombudsman 0800 726 8889 (www.bancobs2.com.br); at Ebury Bank, SAC 0800 878 7444 and Ombudsman 0800 777 2397 (br.ebury.com); and at Braza Bank, support ajuda@braza.com.br and an Ombudsman accessible at exatus.net/ouvidoria/.
